On Becoming increases self awareness, brings deepened insight and focusses intention and desire to enlarge the ambit of the possible. On Becoming is radical in prioritising human relationships, accepting people for who they are and surrounding everyone in the On Becoming family with care, dignity and respect. In working with people it aspires to support and challenge in equal measure. Those in our network are encouraged to find self-fulfilment in service of empowering others. On Becoming practice is diverse and inclusive.

OUR PRINCIPLES

Our work is based on system science's understanding that fundamentally there is only one system. Everything shares interdependency with everything else. We believe that appropriate leadership starts with the self-knowledge needed to embody compassion for self and others.

A medical doctor and internationally known coach, Kate combines her 25 years of diverse experience, expertise and commitment, to release the potential of individuals and systems.
