On Becoming offers a range of European Mentoring, Coaching Council (EMCC) accredited coaching programmes for you and your organisation as well as bespoke executive, board and organisational coaching. All our coaches are qualified practitioners trained in system psychodynamics. Our coaching team has successfully supported transformation across the Health and Social Care Sectors. We champion inclusion, dignity and respect in health and social care.

COACHING ACCREDITATION PROGRAMME

Our coaching programmes of development are fully accredited and facilitated by experts in leadership coaching, relationship systems, spiritual direction and group function. Our facilitation process is known to have had profound effects on the depth of adult development for our participants, enabling them to move forward with success. All participants will receive EMCC accreditation upon completion.
